Fire Extinguisher Training (PUAFER008) – Confine small emergencies in a facility

• Our Fire Extinguisher training course will ensure that all of your employees are suitably trained in the safe use of Fire Extinguishers, Fire Hose Reels and Fire Blankets.

Training Venues:

281 Gravelly Beach road,

Gravelly Beach, Tasmania, 7276.

Course Time:

1200pm to 1500 pm (3 hours) or time that suits your operation.

Course Objectives: 

• Lean specific skills and knowledge within course are as follows:
  • Fire Tetrahedron
  • Raising the alarm
  • Fire Safety & Evacuation
  • Classes of Fire
  • Types of Fire Extinguishers
  • Safety procedures when fighting fires
  • Practical Fire Extinguisher, Fire Blanket & Fire Hose Reel scenarios

Assessment:

Participants will be assessed via a questionnaire and practical demonstration of skills.

Qualification: 

On successful completion, each participant will be issued with a Statement of Attainment.
